Before I disregard this problematic machine here's the issue
I have a client using a surface to connect to their VDI. On the VDI, the agent (7.0.3) and vmtools (10.0.9) has been reinstalled. There are no GPO policies that will turn off (or put to sleep) the display or hardrive. On the View Admin dashboard I configured the session to disconnect every 7 days. For some strange reason, each morning when the users attempts to use their desktop the screen is black. The user will have to disconnect/reconnect in order to resume session. I check the event logs, there are no strange events; however, I do see the following in the logs:
3/30/2017 5:09:06 AM User ATM\jwash has logged out
3/30/2017 5:09:06 AM User ATM\jwash has disconnected from machine 1_HB_300_01
2017-03-30 5:09:09 <SocketAuthenticateThread> [MessageFrameWork] Authentication ticket error
2017-03-30 5:09:09 <SocketAuthenticateThread> [MessageFrameWork] Unable to accept connection, authentication failed, reason=authTicketSsl
Any suggestions ?
