Thank you for getting back to me, I'm not sure whether this is going to work as the guests would have to see the host? I.e. to be using host or NAT virtual network adapters. All guests are setup with 2 virtual network adapters, one lot pointing to the host itself using NAT and the other lot pointing to the virtual domain using custom virtual network adapters. I created a folder on the host's Desktop called OffsiteBackups and linked that folder to the guests using VM > Settings... > Options > Shared Folders > Add... and selected Always enabled as well as ticked Map as a network drive in Windows guests, I repeated these steps for each guest. Also I don't see this working due to the fact that they will not only have different IP addresses i.e. different subnets but also different access permissions both on the guests and host? Your continual help would be much appreciated.
