Auto failback VM to restored Host in HA Cluster?

What is the Mechanism to migrate the VMs from the failover host to the original Host that the VM was on once the Host is back on-line?

I have a 2 Host Cluster and want to have the VMs move back to the Failed host after it is brought back on-line. I know I can do this Manually, though is there an Automatic way that this can be done?
