OEL6.7 with NAT and Host-Only does not work together

Host: Win7

Guest: OEL6.7

eth0 -> NAT (Briged never accessed to internet)

eth1 -> Host-Only

If both NICs are active the Guest cannot access internet (eth0 does not work properly)

If I deactivate eth1, eth0 can access internet.

I want both to work at same time.

VMware tools already installed in Guest.

Any idea about my problem?
