If you have access to an existing Windows machine (be it physical or virtual) you can download either an ISO image or create a bootable USB drive using the Windows Media Creation Tool from the Microsoft website.
Huh? It's even easier without Windows.
On Windows MS wants you to use that "Windows Media Creation Tool" but if you download via Safari on macOS, you get a straightforward .iso file from the start.
Just start the download after a few clicks form this page:
