VT-x not supported by my CPU

I tried to use VMware to run VMDK

these error came to me:

* This host does not support Intel VT-x.

* This host does not support "Intel EPT" hardware assisted MMU virtualization.

Module 'CPUIDEarly' power on failed.

Failed to start the virtual machine.

is there any option to override these errors other than upgrading my CPU as it's old ( Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T6400, 2M Cache, 2.00 GHz, 800 MHz FSB )
