Why are you using a beta build of ESXi 6.5?

In addition to this being a beta release, it's also a very early release of 6.5.
You appear to have USB devices passed through to this VM including a hub and some HID. In addition to not using a beta build and bringing the host up-to-date, you might try detaching the USB devices to see if it has to do with them.
