Workstation 10.0.2: Host Windows 7 Guest: Ubuntu 14.04 copy-paste and dynamic display resolution not working

Hi there,

As mentioned in the title, I am using Workstation 10.0.2 with:

Host: Windows 7

Guest: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

Both host and guest are fully updated and I have manually re-installed the VMWare tools on the guest.

There are 2 issues with the installation:

1) copy-paste does not seem to be working at all across host and guest (with the Guest Isolation options already checked of course)

2) Ubuntu does not seem to change its display resolution (stuck at 800x600) when I resize the VMWare window (full screen works fine though, going to full resolution there)

Any ideas?
