No - using bridged mode I was seeing a maximum download of 1-2mbps, upload was full bandwidth 10mbps.
This was the case with bridged wifi or thunderbolt->x520 10be connections.
NAT worked fine at full line speed, i.e 150/10mbps
Parallels uses the Pro 1000 MT Network Connector driver and allows full speed to both LAN and WAN.
VMWare Fusion7 doesn't allow me to start that driver, always reporting an error (-10).
For the time bing Ive dropped back to Parallels but will revisit when i have more time to experiment or there is a new build to test.
