Thanks for the support.

Everything went fine.

after the upgrade I needed to do :

• Import licenses
• Import users / Link Active Directory
• Reconnect ESX Hosts
• Clear alarms
• Disable / enable HA
• Install vSphere Update Manager (change windows services logon user to a service account, I got errors connecting in the windows client)
  • VMware KB: Enabling the Update Manager plug-in fails with the error: database unavailable or has network problems
• Upgrade vRealize 5.8.4 to 6.0.2 (fails)
  • http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=2111224
• Upgrade vRealize 5.8.4 -> 5.8.5 (works)
• Configure backups
