Unable to Consolidate Snapshot

Hello,

I am on VM that have a Configuration warning telling that : "Virtual machine disks consolidation needed". the problem seem to start after a issus with unitrends enterprise backup free and a issus during backup.

So fart i tried those follow thing:

1)     Remove the VM machine and tried to consolidate de disk. The process time out

2)     Create a new snapshot and tried to consolidated the disk. The process time out

3)      I tried to delete all snapshot. The process time out

Any suggestion anyone ?
