VMware Integrated OpenStack 2 vsphere plug-in issue

Hello, i created the vapp using  VMware-OpenStack-2.0.0.0-3037963_OVF10.ova, the vapp starting without any issue but into vsphere i cannot see the Openstack icon.... so i cannot deploy Openstack

I tried to restart vcenter server, restart the vapp several times but no lucky....

I checked  /var/log/oms/oms.log and found this  errors:

my Vcenter ip is 10.10.10.10

Openstack managment server is: 10.10.10.110

from Openstack managment server i can ping and resolve the vcenter server ip 10.10.10.10

I checked also here https://10.10.10.10/mob/?moid=ExtensionManager and i found the registered extension:

extensionList["com.vmware.openstack.vcext.instance-1cc20"]

I tried to log here https://10.10.10.110:8443/VIO

and im getting the following warning:

The status between the OpenStack management server and vCenter Server does not sync up, Please stop the VMware Integrated OpenStack vApp (NOT the individual management server VM), and start the vApp to re-sync the status.

    1. Login to the vCenter Server web client, then navigate to vCenter> Inventory Lists > vApps >VMware Integrated OpenStack

    2. Right click and select Shut Down, after it completely shut down, then select Power On

How i can solve this issue?
