Error The connection to the remote computer failed. It is possible that remote connections are not enabled on the remote computer or that the computer or network is too busy.

I am having difficulties opening up a VDI using RDP protocol over a B2B VPN connection.  The VDI works fine internally but not from the outside.  I saw a couple of posts with people having a similar issue but unanswered - Horizon View Client Authenticating... VPN

It appears I am able to log onto the network fine and see the VDI; however, I immediately get the error.  From both sides of the tunnel only port 443 is coming across.  Of note, all recommended ports from the documentation are open on both sides.  The vmware log file a couple of other suspicious errors relating to the license is seen:

Failed to open license metadata registry with error 2.

The given license is NULL or empty.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
