Unable to Log in after password change

This may not have anything to do with Fusion, but I'm not sure where else I should look.  I am running Fusion 7.1.2 on El Capitan, with a Window 10 Guest Os.  The Mac that I'm running it on is joined to the domain. 


My AD password was expiring so my normal process is to change the password from my Mac side, so it's correct than then login to my windows vm with the new password.  All went fine (AD Password was changed) and the password works to login to the Mac.  However if I use the correct AD password in my VM, I get an unending "Welcome" screen.  If I try logging in as the domain admin account, it works.  If I try logging into my Windows 8 VM (Fusion as well) it works as well.  If I use my old password, it recognizes it as an incorrect password. 

 

I've done multiple force shut offs and restarts, but I'm not able to get past the 'Welcome' screen in the Windows 10 VM. 

 

Any thoughts?
