about VMware resource integration

Hi

May I ask a question ,

Is it possible to integrate physical server's resources to one virtual machine.

For example,

there are 4 physical servers.

and suppose each physical server has 2 GB memory.

Using Vmware technology , is it possible to create a virtual machine which's memory is

8GB.

so the in this virtual machine can install the application that can not install on the physical machine.

is there any technology can implement it ?
