we install vRealize operations manager for VOA as an appliance. After one month we are unable to login to user ui. No error messages, only reload of login website.
With the same admin user account the login to admin ui successful. What we try:
- restart appliance
- clear browser cache
- try another browser chrome / firefox
- try from other clients
- change to sso login and back - KB
- clear cache of cassandra db cache - KB
- analyse logs from admin ui
all of this was not successful.
