Upload operation does not progress beyond 0% and the process stops, Hang on Idle 0%

Hi,

i would like to capture a base layer from Windows 10.

But creating a Reference CVD doesnt work fine.

Idle processing stucks at 0% but the machine is connected.

I've found this KB from VMware. The automated and manual method wont work with Win10.

let me know if there is any solution to caputre a base layer on Win10.
