OK, I do not have enough information to assist. Two options on how to proceed:
- Open a support case and upload an agent support bundle (not server), plus a screen shot of what is exactly not working
- Attach to this thread a picture of what is not working, the liagent-effective.ini and the latest liagent log file (note if this is not enough information to assist then we will need to go back to #1)
