Hello,
You're right. The subnets that show up should be based on traffic received on those links. So you should be seeing the subnets that are configured for vmnic1 and vmnic0. First, double check your physical switch configuration and make sure you are trunking the right VLANs.
If the management network truly is configured for redundancy and you're still getting the error, disable HA for the cluster and re-enable. This should clear the error.
